If there was mass media in the Late Roman EMpire, the Goths, Huns, Vandals, etc. would be doing exactly what these people are doing - with far more justification.

I called RNC Headquarters and McCain's office (in DC) yesterday.
The guy I talked to at the RNC seemed to genuinely take note of what I had to say..."not another vote, not another nickel".
The guy I talked at McCain's office,OTOH,made it clear that he couldn't have cared less.

McCain will switch to Dems for 08 and run with Hillary guess which one will be VP candidate? I don't think I can agree with that *only* because a) the movers and shakers of the democRAT Party (Soros, the DUmmie crowd, etc) would be very strongly opposed and b) The Former Twelfth Lady would feel (properly so) that McCain would always be fighting for the spotlight.
I think a much, much more likely scenario is the he'll go the Perot route, thus siphoning 20% of the popular vote... 80% of which would come from those who ordinarily vote,or lean,Republican.

Yes. His health will be a huge problem for him. He's at the age now where his body is beginning to break down. (I know because I'm about the same age). Melanoma always comes back. I personally do not believe that he can stand up to the rigors of a campaign, much less the presidency; and 2008 is another two years of age.

I fear we can call all day and all night...but to no avail. Politicians, no matter of what ilk, are NOT running for the people. They are in it for personal fame, fortune and legacy. They will sell the country down the river and figure someone else, some time later can pick through the ashes to salvage whatever they can. As long as they get their gratification NOW, we don't mater, nothing matters except them.

But to no avail. Correct, and I will be glad when the GOP, if ever, takes note of your post. But, more important the American people need to except what you have written.
We in the GOP need to stop our contributions to the party.
This is the only way we can get their attention.

We're paying for phone lines, and people to answer them, in rooms just for cloaks? Who wears cloaks anymore, and do they answer the phone "ahoy, ahoy"?
