Yeah, I'm starting by picking interesting sections first.
Pages 125 and 126 under the section covering psychological effects of precision bombing, seem to indicate that a robust psychological operation after the Iraqi troops deserted might have helped substantially. They deserted not because they didn't want to fight and kill Americans, but because they figured standing around in formation wearing uniforms guaranteed they'd be killed by some guys in a plane a mile or two above them.
