They ARE illegal and are therefore felons in the eyes of the law.
And until we make them feel welcome, they're going to stay un-assimilated.
How much more will it take to make them feel welcome? How much more of our tax money should we spend on schools, medical care, etc. for people who have entered this country illegally and are therefore felons?

Maybe make them "legal".
They're not going away. So what now?
