I think you're being unduly pessimistic. We may be as little as one vote away on SCOTUS from being able to recriminalize homosexuality. If Stevens retires, which many think is likely, I think many things become possible. At the very least, it's a fight the feds might withdraw from which would open up opportunity in many a State.

In some ways I agree with you assessment, but for the court to go back to criminalizing homosexuality a state would have to bring it up again, a Supreme would have to retire before November, and they would have to accept the case. Many variables in this scenario. We can hope. You are right I am pessimistic but not on everything just this subject which as long as we don't further the agenda I am ok. I can't see us putting in thousands of people in jail for having sex anyway. Can you really see that?
