Another idiot liberal Washington judge legislates from the bench. Here's a clue, judge--once these CRIMINALS commit a felony, they LOSE their "Constitutional rights" UNTIL they are restored by legal action. Regaining said rights doesn't happen automatically just because they have "served their term".
Personally, I think Washington should impeach all their judges, and start over with a new batch.
