Loyalty to one's country has indeed "changed" - we do things differently - we don't start Civil Wars over slavery anymore. The 19th Amendment was just another example of a different way we did things back then, that's all. I would not mind repealing the 19th Amendment BTW.

I wouldn't be to hasty about the civil war comment.

The civil war this time may be between the illegals and concerned citizens.

There are a lot of revolutionists out there that would like nothing more than a full scale upheaval.

Especially since the federal, state and local governments will not enforce the law.
