What have you been putting in your pipe tonight? After an affair with an arguably attractive blonde, on what basis will the antics of the father or anyone else, cancel the sexual experiences of the boy with the female teacher and thus make him 'gay'?
My wild guess would be confusion and guilt, mostly unnecessary.
