What's wrong with Romney? Most of the opposition I've seen here to him is due to the fact that he is Mormon. Okay, maybe Romney would make for a lousy bar buddy but I am more interested in his qualifications for President, not somebody to hang out with at the bar. (However, I do wonder how Mormons make it thru hurricanes sans booze.)
I think a Mormon president would be fine, and I don't drink myself.
The problem with Romney is that he's got no principles. He's always been pro-choice in Massachusetts, yet he magically has a change of heart when he needs to appeal to the GOP base for primary support? Please. On that issue, he's indistinguishable from John Kerry.
