A chance meeting: Skyler Bartels poses for a photograph with Sister Mary Sue, a nun he said he met at the Wal-Mart in Windsor Heights. Bartels, a Drake University sophomore from Nebraska, spent 41 straight hours at the store during spring break last week.

This is an old idea. National Lampoon did a satirical article about this idea (before Wal-Mart) years ago. Something about living at Burger King or something.

A little weird, almost like that Tom Hanks movie where he lived at an airport. Forgot what it was called though.

What a loser. I spent my breaks on a beach, chasing girls...having a good time. (I won't go into too much detail)
This simply highlights the current generations need to GET A FREAKING JOB!

Wasn't there some movie with Natalie Portman having a baby in a Wal-Mart?
This young man should try heading to the beach and checking out the ladies rather than sleeping on a toilet, imho.

Actually this is a very telling social experiment. If you know how to blend in people don't notice you. It took three days before someone finally figured out they were seeing him an awful lot.

This isn't such a big deal: this Wal-Mart was open all night! But it is a cute story.

That's the WalMart where I shop. Believe me, he looks above average for a patron there. He's right about the birds though. There's always a couple swooping around in the grocery section.

That was a bit different of a situation since Tom Hanks' character was stranded/trapped. This kid is able to move on his own volition.

Since when is 41 hours "a few days"? The story surprises me, it didn't bash Wal-Mart
