That's probably the way it is right now, staytrue. Just give it time. Here in California, this has been an ongoing problems for years. It's spreading just like the TB epidemic is. Two or three generations ago, TB, polio and other diseases were virtually ended in the United States. Now that all these illegal people are coming into this country with these diseases, it will again spread unless a vaccine is made to fight it. Back when all the immigrants came through Ellis Island, they were checked and if found to be a carrier, they were rejected and sent back to their country of origin. Check the history books that haven't been rewritten to be politically correct. It will proof what I am saying and should wake some people up.
