Where are they now? Where are all the border state rallies? Where are the Tancredo fans? What we did then doesn't matter now. Gore does not equal immigration. If I was there, I'd be in the thick of it. All I see is keyboard commandos and their rhetoric. Typing isn't going to do anything.
They were busy working and going to school today. They don't just take off work and avoid their responsibilities at the drop of a hat to go join a mob. Mob rule works in the 3rd world countries, and that's why the illegals think it should work here.
But, what conservatives were doing is contacting their congressmen and letting their opinions known, as is done in a civilized society. I tried to call my Senators - both in Washingon and all their Ca numbers. All lines were busy all day long. And the website email for the Senators was so bogged down that even that didn't work.
The Minutement will be patroling the borders all of April. In an organized, civilized manner. With trained volunteers who have been checked and cleared to be there. They are doing a job, not just getting frenzied media attention.
Do you really want us to act like the screaming mobs we saw on TV? I was embarassed for their ignorance and their stupidity, even if they didn't realize how they looked and talked. From the interviews on radio and TV, most didn't even know why they were out there.

Those screaming mobs got press coverage, on all the major networks, what did you get? 'your email has been received, this does not mean it was read by the intending party'
