So far "W" hasn't done anything.

Did you hear his speech today? After hearing that, I am finished with the Republican party. It doesn't matter anyway since our country is gone and nothing I can say here will change anything. Mexico has taken us over without firing a shot, thanks to our traitors within.

You want to talk about house arrest? You won't even have a house to call your own once the Mexicans gain control. Unless you are one of them and I suspect you are - so you and your sell out Republican friends will survive just fine. It's the patroits who'll get the noose.

Sounds like you live out in the SW. Big problem in this area are the Salvadorans. They are here legally. On parole. Time's up.

Yes, heard "W"'s speech. More pablum. Guy's just trying to be all things to all men, and that'll bite you in the a$$ every single time. Everybody knows that.

Still, simply enforcing current laws can get most of what we need ~ sending some major employers to prison will get the rest of it.

Who might you suggest to light up?

BTW, I'm hardly a Mexican although I did have a few ancestors get in on looting Peru back in the good old days.

I have my own irons in the fire on this one ~ we need an immigration law, and enforcement, that allows us to continue skimming the world's intellectual cream. If we need field hands, we can produce our own. However, if we need people who can do doctoral level research, and then first class R&D, we can produce some of our own but for competitive advantage we have to let in folks of that caliber, and an immigration law and policy carved out to serve the interests of large planters in the SW and SE simply doesn't cut it!

Think about it ~ we let in totally illiterate field hands by the millions, but educated people who are highly trained in critical skill areas are allowed in only on limited duration visas that expire the day your company loses a contract.

What kind of nonsense is that?
