I think, though it sounds like an episode of jackass, it would be hilarious to pull up in a pick up truck and start hiring them as day laborers on the spot...hey you--you cut grass? Just say it, and be prepared to RUN like hell, or go down swinging....

I'm learning to speak their language just so I can INSULT them and make sure they understand that I am insulting them. Actually it freaks them out, when I'm out shopping etc and they are insulting me and think I don't know what they are talking about.
