Sessions expresses a sense that rushing on this massive legislation isn't a good idea (Feinstein said the same thing), but also that he appreciates the pressure that Senator Specter is under to get a bill out by tomorrow.
I wonder if Sessions will vote against taking the measure up, if the Cloture motion passes - although I think Frist's cloture motion will fail, meaning that the Senate will not shut off debate on a motion to take up Frist's Secure America's Borders Act.
