Interpol says that most countries do not have the legislation which would allow the police to investigate scientific activity which can result in the manufacture of a bioterrorist weapon. Standard safety auditors would do better than the police who won't have a clue what the hell they are looking at anyway.

If you read what I said in my first post and UNDERSTOOD IT CORRECTLY instead of attacking me - I just said that they have been saying this since 2000. I didn't say they weren't doing it but you misinterpreted it. I"m saying that we have been hearing this for a long time.
