As Christian, Evil mean everywhere neither muslim nor other religion nor christian. Didn't Judas betray Jesus! Come brother and sister in christ, let us do good deed just like mother theresa. Let us pray for the world peace. Do not think, last minute prayer can let God hear it. When danger come, we ask God for help. When peaceful come, we back-off God. That is still got time to ask forgiveness and pray for he sinner. Pls....

I agree with your statements, but really, I think anyone who simply looks around them will tell you that the Muslims are behaving horribly. They aren't even a religion anymore, just a bunch of mob mentality mass murderers, and the ones who stand by and condone it with their silence. That 8th century BS is not going to work now. I truly believe that those Danish cartoons did more to wake people up than anything else since 9/11.

Tony Blair is right. It is not about religion, it is about civilization.

How sad he died just a few days after Terri Schiavo was allowed to starve to death. The Holy Father had fought against nazism and inhumanity all his life. Then one of the most horrific cases of it happened in the USA of all places, in the weeks before he died.

What is a good description of "Moral Relativism" ?

Good question. I think the best way to answer your question is to say what "moral relativism" is not.

..and God said.....these are not Suggestions

I read the posts after the article and I have one conclusive idea. Each and everyone of us needs to be accountable for our daily actions. Do our best to follow the 10 commandments and check the list of the 7 Deadly so as not to fall. Evil is not around us. It is us, and only through the Holy Spirit can we be lifted up to a Loving spirit worthy to be in God's presence. I clearly see what the Pope is trying to convey. What more Grace God must have on those who are ignorant to sinfulness then those of us who know better and still act so righteously.

I agree with this post on all accounts. Acting on this is formula daily is difficult work in and of itself. I also know Jesus actively named Satan when he saw him and minced no words in pointing evil out where he saw it in the world. Practicing both--a well lived life. Cheers all! May we all possess such courage and honesty daily!

Can you imagine a movie like The Ten Commandments coming out of Hollywood today!? It is impossible. Yet, I am happy to announce there are many, many logs being laid in this town to make that happen someday again. Please pray for us all. The Holy Spirit is alive and well behind the scenes in Los Angeles and this will show in time--albeit may be piecemeal and take awhile. Look at The Passion. It wasn't the linear, play every year on TV for families to watch sort of film, but it pierced the evil allusion of the industry that shut it out.

I hope you succeed. And yes, I will pray for you.

Oh right.. and half the divorced people in this country too. Adulters are just as evil as murderers.
