I don't know who called (suggeested?) you were racist, but I will say that last year that was the preferred tactic of individuals who tried very hard to get the anti-illegal-alien FReepers banned.

They were successful with several of us.

I'm sorry you ran into that...it's ugly...and unfair...and doesn't belong on FR. But it's here.

Not only do they use racist, they join with HRC by calling them unchristian!

Yep...

Last year during the Minutemen controversy several Freepers were indeed banned/suspended for supporting the Minutemen while the Free Republic Open Border Lobbyists (FROBLS) tabbed "racists."

We've just recently seen more of the same, calling those opposed to the Dubai Port deal "Xenophobe," "racist," and "Muslim bashers."

The Left usually resorts to this technique of demonizing when they are unable to prove their point on an issue.
