I dont support the Bishops, but youve got to understand that the Bishops are acting upon conviction and morals, not constitutional law. It's their job to do that...while we may take the constitutional approach, they take the beatitude approach...

You sound like the kids in Catholic school who were told to "give to the missions" and were too naive to know how the money was really spent.
BTW, there's a boatload of Vatican art treasures and Church real estate around the world that could feed a good chunk of the poor people on this planet.
