Racine - A federal judge dismissed a complaint filed against the Racine Unified School District by a Muslim employee who had been fired.
Last week, U.S. Magistrate Judge William E. Callahan Jr. dismissed a 2004 complaint against the district filed by Fard Mohammed. The complaint contends the district retaliated against him after he filed a series of religious discrimination complaints with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

According to the court ruling, Mohammed had been disciplined on several occasions:
In 1999, he served a three-day unpaid suspension for inappropriate use of sick days and engaging in non-work-related activities during work hours.
In 2000, he was suspended for 10 days without pay for leaving work without authorization, abusing his authority with students and conducting himself in a non-professional manner.
In 2003, female students filed three complaints that say he made inappropriate comments, touched the students and offered them a ride home. Mohammed said "there was not basis for some of the allegations."
In 2004, female students filed five complaints against Mohammed, saying he was offering gifts, making inappropriate comments and asking students to meet outside of school hours.
Mohammed said the gifts were copies of the Qur'an and the meetings outside of school hours were for a non-profit organization that helped students.
Mohammed has filed complaints against the School District that accuse the district of discrimination and retaliation in several situations, including that he did not receive help when facing student confrontations.

Think this guy is a scammer above all. May be a convert who will now fall back on the race card.
If a Christian had done this, they would have been tarred and feathered, excoriated in the media etc.
The name sounds like a member of the N.O.I.
Discrimination my ass. If anything he was given preferential treatment.
Where's the ACLU when you need them these days???
That's a funny line. I usually use "pigs beset upon him"
