Hey,real estate prices are good for some,bad for others. There are lots of folks around here who bought fairly modest houses 10-15 years ago who now could,thanks to price appreciation,sell and then be able to afford a 10 bedroom mansion in North Carolina,Georgia or Texas.

Born and raised in Boston, son of an Irishman, I can now say from the Mid-West that I could never, ever live in Boston again. I am ashamed that the Irish are proud of their lives in places supporting lowlives like the criminals in Boston, and that one of the reasons I am no longer Catholic has a lot to do with this whole situation. The Church pretends nothing bad happens as long as the cash flows in.
