I think the failure to act in the face of a demonstration of strength of a known-to-be-illegal population on United States soil constitutes a gross violation of Article 4, Section 4 of the Constitution of the United States of America. If this is not a "high crime" it is certainly a "high misdemeanor". Why is there not one member of Congress who will confront this de facto Presidential power to negate lawfully enacted legislation?
