Ok, so justify deporting nice people who come here to work and are otherwise not criminals. Justify opposition to a guest worker program that would make these nice workers into taxpayers too

Sure. They have shown contempt for our laws by coming here illegally. People who have contempt for some laws, will tend to have contempt for others. Because they have avoided the legal immigration process they have not had to do things like 1) learn English b) learn about the history of the USA and our system of government and c) take an oath renouncing their allegience to Mexico. As it turns out these are pretty important things that historically all immigrants have done that have helped us greatly remain "from many, one".

The half million marching with Mexican flags are an afront to real Americans. The signs and speeches show a deep antipathy for the USA. Therefore they should leave, as they are bad for our nation. As for your second point only socialists believe the government needs more and more taxes. With fewer low income, uninsured people we would spend far less. Open immigration and the welfare state do not mix. If the liberals and socialists want open borders then they must agree to eliminate all the freebees, else we go broke.

The border states are in far worse shape than the non-border states. Most illegals do pay some taxes. Sales taxes do not depend on residency. Legalizing them will not suddenly make criminal employers act legitimately. The additional taxes will not offset the huge increase in services for all these poor new citizens, who will be fully entitled. Section 8, WICK, Welfare, Food Stamps, free education, free hospitals, job training, even prisons. All cost money and all are adversely used by the new class of ignorant Mexican immigrants. Mexico has a small middle class, these people are not part of it. Many do not even read Spanish, much less English!

It is an absurd idea that you fix rampant lawbreaking by ignoring or rewarding it, which is what amnesty programs do.

They MUST ALL GO! No other solution will work. If they are the legitimate hard working people they claim to be they can reapply to work, or become citizens from Mexico and be evaluated by us, using our standards. We DO NOT NEED millions and millions of poor, illiterate, angry and socialist-oriented Mexicans in America.

This will end in tragedy, as invasions of this type always have.

Study the history of Rome.

Much case law has shown the the airwaves are a public, not a private resource. The FCC should pass a law forbidding Spanish language radio on the AM and FM bands. Perhaps people who want to buy XM or Sirius can get that, like porno. It is unconscionable that our own airwaves are being used against us. It is infathomable that persons born and educated in the USA can not understand much of what is on the public radio in many parts of the country.

Perhaps this should be a litmus test.

Why do you suppose the govt. is allowing things to escalate to such alarming heights?

To make us look bad for defending ourselves?

They came here to become Americans.

That makes all the difference.

Yes but with a little back bone they can be made to not vote. The majority do not vote. Have the ballots in English and have voters show Id and residence and that problem goes away.

Drudge is interviewing Xavier ....? who is in favor of the illegals. "We're not invaders, we're not outsiders, we're buying houses, taking over block by block thanks to the almighty dollar," says Xavier.

"White women aren't having babies as much as they used to because they are pursuing careers," Xavier continues...

Oh my gosh, here comes Cesar Chavez Day, and now the Farm Workers are out protesting!

Dios mio!

Many more marches are being planned and organized. It's just the beginning.

Drudge said an even bigger demonstration is coming on April 10, but he didn't say where.

This is enough watching what is happening; we have got to get out and stand up for our country next time.

The FCC does not pass laws and if a law were passed banning spanish, that would be a huge 1st amendment violation. Second, I have XM and there is no porno on it. Third, you lame attempt to equate spanish as similar to porn is absurd. It is possibly more absurd than the signs the protesters are carrying.
