"So anyone who hates Bush automatically "hates America?" "
I would think that most of those that "HATE" Bush do hate America.
Hate is a strong word, hating is a full time job.
Disagreeing with President Bush on some issues is quite different than hate.
Why do you hate President Bush ? ( if that is what you meant?)

Why do you hate President Bush?
He is an anti-American socialist and I have no use for socialism, or those who would put the the interest of world markets ahead of the citizens and the nation that they are supposed to represent.

One can state that President Bush was a much better alternative than either Gore or Kerry, and even state that he has done some things rather well while on the whole honestly feeling that he is the worst RINO to ever be elected, has no clue on fiscal frugality and really only differs on tax cuts as opposed to some Dem's. You can think that he was a better choice to restore sanity to the supreme court and national security while also feeling that he spends like a frat boy who's never really had to keep a serious budget.
This leaves those who actually want the Republican party to be BOTH victorious AND true to its conservative roots walking a line between supporting the administration when it is doing what needs to be done and being appropriately horrified when the President goes into 'spend like a drunken sailor' mode, a la post Katrina, or seems to be genuinely deceived WRT to reconquista or the nature of Islamofacisiam. Respectfully
