No problemo, happens to the best of us. You have to forgive those of us who live in Flyover America who cannot imagine paying $500 per square foot for a house. It is just not something we can grasp.

I have family that moved to TN because they couldn't pass up the opportunity. For example, they have kids, something I could not afford right now.

Also, I am bragging; mainly because there are soooo many negative threads about how stupid real estate investors are; and it is just so nice to see that the economic data continues to prove the naysayers wrong.
