A Chinese cosmetics company has been using skin taken from the bodies of executed convicts to develop beauty products for sale in Europe, a London newspaper reported.
An agent for the company informed customers it is developing collagen for lip and wrinkle treatments from skin taken from prisoners after they had been shot.
The agent said some of the companys products have been exported to Britain, and that the use of skin from condemned convicts was traditional" and nothing to make such a big fuss about, the Guardian reported In addition to ethical concerns, there is the potential risk of infection from the harvested skin products.
The company was not identified by name for legal reasons and it is unclear whether collagen made from the skin of prisoners was in the research stage or in actual production.
A lot of the research is still carried out in the traditional manner using skin from the executed prisoners and aborted fetus," the agent was quoted as saying. The material, he said, was being bought from biotech" companies based in Heilongjiang Province and was being developed elsewhere in China.
He suggested that the use of skin and other tissues harvested from executed prisoners was not uncommon. In China it is considered very normal and I was very shocked that Western countries can make such a big fuss about this," he said.
In the past, human rights groups have charged that China was using organs harvested from executed prisoners for medical transplants both domestically and internationally. China executed about 3,400 prisoners last year, according to Amnesty International.
And the best part is, it's really cheap.
I'm with you.
Turn the page and there is probably a picture of Mao shaking hands with an alien bat boy.
This isn't really that new. They've been using aborted fetuses for other things for years. That is one Godless country and while I'm sure there are many wonderful and sweet Chinese people, the oppression there is palpable.
They announced on the Mission News Network the other morning about several house church pastors that are missing. Meanwhile, one of the pastors who'd been taken some time ago wrote about his experiences as a captive and the torture was so horrible, I just broke down and cried. I mean, you get the usual, beatings and stuff, but they have these helmets - I think they call them noise helmets - and they emit a high, piercing horrible sound directly into the person's ears for long periods of time. Also, they do not let them sleep - they try to drive people insane.
If anyone doesn't think there is spiritual warfare going on, they aren't paying attention.
Okay, now I can get off my soapbox (I feel so much better now).

Nice.
I don't think I want to know about Girl Scout Cookies...
All these posts and no mention of Fight Club.
Holy jumping sh*t!!!
"What products do we sell in the U.S. that contains baby tissue?"
No cosmetic products that I know of if thats what your asking. But baby parts are sold, mostly to research firms. To be more accurate the parts aren't sold. Orders are given and the tissue is harvested according to the order. Then access to the tissue is sold. The tissue itself is not sold.
It's just recycling. What's all the fuss? Sheez.
Yes, the Nazis made lampshades and other wicked products of human slaughter, and our horror of such persists to this day.
Where is the horror over human products out of China?
For some reason, the old Calgon commercial from the Seventies comes to mind:
"Ancient Chinese secret..."
It turns a profit. Would you invest in it?
The original thread was here, http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1579125/posts. The point I was making was that capitalism is not the end all be all, and that the fact that something turned a profit was not, in and of itself, enough justification. When I questioned you on whether or not killing people was okay, you replied by becoming insulting. Here it is again. According to your posts on the other thread, if it's legal in the country of origin, it's okay, as long as it turns a profit. This is legal in China. Is it okay to traffic in dead body parts of executed people if it turns a profit?
So as I see it, Traitorkerry's face is made from dead Chinese. No wonder he sounds so....well, so... international.
Bet they use the soft tissue from the buttocks. Seems to fit the a$$ face.
Did they quote from the Epoch Times? This is a religious sect spewing venom on all things Chinese. It's impossible for the Chinese to use human tissues for cosmetics, unless you talk about millions of people are executed in order to provide "raw material". The scale is just not there for this kinda "application". Besides, even in China, the executed's body needs to be returned to the family. How can this large scale use of human skin be concealed? This story does not quote any source, which loudly says it's a cooked up story.
