I just don't know. Everybody says that the Apple business model is doomed, and in the 90s when Jobs was gone it looked that way. But since then he must laugh about it all the way to the bank.
I just don't know. I would like to see the OS no longer tied to the hardware cuz I am not fond of the Apple "premium" just to be able to run the software I use like Final Cut Pro. Oh well, at least I'm not paying the Avid premium.
I'm not saying their model is doomed just think they could do better by expanding into the PC market. If they had more users
they could get more software made for the OS more people would switch to the OS...
