They should just leave the www alone.

It's the camel's nose under the tent IMO.

But it's good to have the doc posted.

HTML is doable, pdf is a pain in the computer. Gives mine a seizure.

It still strikes me as a VERY UNCONSTITUTIONAL law passed by congress that abridges freedom of speech. something they are flat out forbidden from doing.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.
