Who do you think could do more damage to the country?
Hillary! Clinton, who will be opposed by every Republican in the Congress and will quickly employ her reverse Midas touch to sour her relationship with everybody else...
Or John McCain, who will have the Democrats supporting his positions, the RINOs in his back pocket, and the party loyal Republicans afraid to attack him in public?
Both Hillary and McCain will advance pretty much the same agenda. But McCain will be able to accomplish much, much more of it.
So if I have to choose between two Devils, one ineffectual and one effective, I will pick the ineffectual one, every time. It is not a foolish thing to pick the least destructive path, if only two are offered.
