Thousands of immigrant rights supporters filled a major Phoenix thoroughfare Friday morning as they marched toward the office of U.S. Sen. Jon Kyl in a rally call for a more humane reform of immigration laws.

"They're here for the American Dream," said Malissa Greer, 29, who joined the crowd estimate by police to be at least 10,000 strong. "God created all of us. He's not a God of the United States, he's a God of the world."

On Thursday, more than 10,000 people filled the streets of Milwaukee in what was billed as "A Day Without Latinos" to protest efforts in Congress to target undocumented workers.

Hundreds of Los Angeles students walked out of their schools Friday morning to call attention to immigration issues.

In Georgia, activists said tens of thousands of workers didn't show up at their jobs Friday after calls for a work stoppage to protest a bill passed by the Georgia House on Thursday.

These people do not work? Interesting! I guess when we really get sick and tired of supporting this insanity it will stop!
Yes, I said support them because we allow our money to be given to these people. This is what redistribution of wealth is all about and when they think we have had enough these types of protest are "STAGED" to make the common working American feel guilty for standing up and saying enough is enough.

Thanks!!

These rallies are brought to you by the globalist,free-trade, one-world folks of the Democrat and Republican parties.

Note: the Church is not in favor of illegal immigration. The Church is in favor of treating people with basic human respect, no matter where they come from. I think it's possible to enforce the immigration laws without treating people badly -- and that is what the Catholic Church advocates.

So those people in Phoenix today you described as citizens and Democrats were protesting the House bill

Yes, that was the main focus of the protest.

but not supporting the Presidents amnesty/guest worker immigration plan?

There were approximately 20 thousand protesters, I'm sure some support the Presidents amnesty/guest worker immigration plan.

And if not, what do these Democrats as you described want, and who or what plan are they supporting?

You would have to ask them, not I.

Are we done with the games now?

I understand there were 500,000 in LA today. It's very strange all these legal citizens marching in support of those breaking our laws.

Are we done with the games now?

I would say the "games" are just beginning.

"Just go to Miami, or San Antonio, Los Angeles, Chicago or West New York, New Jersey ... and close your eyes and listen. You could just as easily be in Santo Domingo or Santiago, or San Miguel de Allende"

Sorry, I don't want to be in "Santo Domingo or Santiago" and obviously either do the ILLEGAL ALIENS!!

"Your other comments make you look and smell like a moron from a DU sleeper cell."

I have been here longer than most. I am a conservative - if to Bushbots like yourself that offends then great. Bush has sold us and almost got away with putting in a lib on SCOTUS.

I have no allegence to this Pres. - my allegence is to the constitution the country. Bush and the other RINOs are working overtime to see that we wont have a country left fighting for.
