We're NOT going to make hydrogen ANYTHING without nuclear energy at a level comparable to the FRENCHIES and these two boobs can't even get a dam built on the American River to make failing CA levees irrelevant like the Chinese Communists are doing on the Yankzee River!!!
So there you have it! Our "leaders" haven't got the common sense of the Chinese, or EVEN THE FRENCH!!!
