"Interdependence": Why is this word so musical to the ears of globalists? Do we really want an interdependent world? Wouldn't that mean a world in which a disaster anywhere is a disaster everywhere? The big problem during the Soviet break-up was the extreme interdependence of the Soviet "Republics". The USSR was, as one economist put it, a dozen monopolies connected by a railroad.
I prefer the word "independence".

Every time I hear someone ask "Why does our government allow illegal aliens to over run our nation?" I think globalization. It's a means of erasing borders so we can all live in some kind of fantasy world.

The European Royality of the 19th century believed in peace through "interdependence" and created and used treaties to enforce this "interdependence".
This "interdependence" lead to the first World War by dragging, through defense treaties, all the nations of Europe into the war.
The aftermath of WWI lead to WWII, then then Cold War and now our War on Terrorism.
This should everyone an idea of the hell globalists are going to create with this "interdependence".

Le me guess, this is about the international banking conspiracy?

"how much insecurity can America live with...?" One of these days we'll find out that it is a lot less than we currently tolerate.

I can't quite grasp why politicians are so enamored with globalization. It is nothing more than the surrender of sovereignty, which is counter to The Constitution and violates their oath of office.

"The real issue is: with how much insecurity can America live with while promoting its interests the interests of trans-national corporations in an increasingly interactive, interdependent world?"

Click on the link and read the entire well written article. This is almost a detailed destination guide. It explains a lot of questions that we have been asking about why there doesn't appear to be much difference between the Ds and Rs.
