Al Rantel, KABC talk show host in Los Angeles, is as good as they come at speaking his mind. He reported on his show this evening that a representative from CAIR will not come on his show because they consider him a bigot. That is code for CAIR being afraid to debate him.
Al was commenting on Abdul Rahman, who is facing death in Afghanistan for converting to Christianity. In typical Rantel style, Al came up with a good analogy. "Islam is like the roach motel; you can check in but you can't check out."
I wonder if CAIR will have a reaction. Maybe they didn't hear it. Hmmmmm, I wonder if a troublemaker is going to make sure they get the info. :)
Sort of like the Hotel California...
"Last thing I remember, I was
Running for the door
I had to find the passage back
To the place I was before
'Relax,' said the night man,
'We are programmed to receive.
You can check-out any time you like,
But you can never leave!"
Good evening Doug Al Rantel is a no B.S. Guy. This should be fun
Al
I like it.
Al Rantel was great tonight. He mentioned someone from CAIR having called him, right before I tuned in. And he kept saying, "Yes, Sabitha (or whatever her name was)" and then badmouthing Islam some more. I wonder if he'll have to do what Bill Handel must have done -- apologized before a fatwa was issued. CAIR is awful.
He is precisely right and if CAIR makes a stink (and we all know they will), we owe it to him to support him.
"What is best in life?" To smite the jihadists, to drive their minions before you, and to hear the lamentations of their mullahs! Allahu fubar!

The main problem with the Islamic roach motel is that the roaches keep getting out and killing non-roaches. However, from a religious viewpoint, the analogy is spot on.
Gee, isn't that the case. You see a motel offering $25 per night in Albequerque, run!!
Sleeping with the lights on to keep the roaches at bay is not cool. And per the comparison, they wouldn't refund my money. And at 2 AM, who wanted to argue?
Ah, being a broke 20-something camping my way/sleeping in cheap hotels through the US...

Whoops! Deja vu!
