Transcript of ABC's "This Week" for February 4, 2007? It was written 7 years ago, and I guessed spectacularly wrong on a lot of things, but the "story" begins with the first moves of the Hillary Rodham Clinton administration against precisely those people -- which leads to two states seceding.
