At first I thought I'd have to find something else to do on my breaks, but then I remembered that IL already had it's primary elections this week. ;-)
My prediction if these regulations come to pass: a mass exodus of bloggers to offshore servers and websites.
Now there's some irony to consider. Americans outsourcing their political free speech. I wonder how long it will be before we're pinging each other on FreeRepublic.CN ?
