There is a talking point that the libs are pushing to deflect discussion of the total issue. That is somehow clergy won't be able to help illegals somehow. I think it's a strained interpretation, but it's out there.

I agree. I'm Catholic but when I read this I decided no more money from me. It's bad enough when my tax dollars are used to help criminals but there is no way I'm just going to give it to the church or their charities so they can set-up programs like this in conjunction with ICE.
