OK the other Chemical Agent that I did not orginally know the translation for it is AL ZAREN rather than AL ZAYEN and it is a nerve agent according to another document ISGZ-2004-602055-ELC where they mention AL Zaren being a nerve agent. This ISGZ-2004-602055-ELC document talks about the nevrve agents.

If it turns out Saddam used nerve gas agents, that may be the first and only time in World History that they were used in large scale warfare. The Germans had them in WWII, but did not use them.

BTW - In another thread, cannot find it now, you mentioned that Iran did not have Chemical Weapons in the Iran/Iraq war. I distinctly remember reading newspaper articles back then describing their use. Here is a link that also says they used them.
