What I am doing is none of your business; unlike some on here, I don't have the compulsion to puff myself up by denigrading others who don't "share" what they're doing when they're off this board.

In Post #768 I said the following to you:

I got news for you. If McCain is the GOP nominee then Hillary or whatever Dem wins their primary gets the White House. I don't want a Dem in the White House, but I don't want a treasonous bastard like McCain in there either. They're equally dangerous to our country. So, you better get busy and work to ensure that McCain does not win the nomination if you want to see a Republican in the White House. Inaction on this is basically a vote for Hillary Clinton for President. I'm already working on some things to expose McCain and end his political career. You need to get to work too or your worst nightmares will be realized. That is what is at stake and Jim Robinson appears to have recognized that. Get with the program.

In response to my specific point about working to undermine John McCain, in Post #811 you answered:

Therein, you implied that you were working to undermine John McCain. In disbelief, in Post #857 I responded:

I never said that you didn't do any work within the party. I'm talking about what you're doing to undermine McCain's potential nomination in order to avoid the nightmare scenario being discussed. From the evidence I see, all you're doing is bettering his chances by screaming at Republicans to stick to the party nominee no matter how much of a dangerous liberal psychopathic treasonous bastard he is.

And your response, in Post #861 was:

And thanks for proving my point; you ASSUME nobody is doing anything except you just because YOU don't know about it.

So, pleading ignorance and asking for specifics, I stated the following in Post #876:

Okay. I'll plead ignorance. Howlin, what specifically are you doing or are you planning to do to undermine McCain? That is when you're not on Free Republic browbeating all of the posters who agree with the Founder of Free Republic in insisting that they won't vote for John McCain under any circumstances?"

Your response, in Post #878, to my query about the specifics of the work against McCain that you stated you were engaged in was a snotty:

I see; you're NOT browbeating anybody who doesn't agree with you, right? You're making my case over and over and over. Keep it up.

No details yet. My response in Post #880 to your snotty non-response was:

I came in here agreeing with and supporting Jim Robinson, the founder, owner, and operator of Free Republic. You came in here to play unelected party whip to dilute Jim's comments and keep the traditional party supporters in line just in case McCain does get coronated as the nominee. I don't know what "case" you're talking about, but if I was trying to prove my case as I just outlined, you're proving it over and over again. Like I said, if you are so sure of your stated prediction that there is no way that McCain will get the nomination, then what the hell are you doing as one of the most prolific posters in this unprecedented thread wherein the founder of Free Republic threw down the gauntlet against that treasonous bastard John McCain.

Also, in Post #881 I asked again what specific work against McCain you were talking about:

You're the one who claimed that you are doing work and specifically responded implying that you were doing work to undermine John McCain. When asked what you're doing specifically in that respect you answered this way. Put up or shut up.

Unable to put up or shut up, in Post #883 you responded by claiming that you never said that you were working to undermine McCain and then launched into a silly attack against me:

I'm important, see? I'm doing the mostest and the bestest. I'm a better person than you are!" There it is - all in one place. Anyone can now clearly read your implication that you were working to undermine McCain but when you were pressed for details you claimed that you never said that you were doing such work and then you started attacking me in order to change the subject and deflect scrutiny.

You're not only not working in any observable manner to undermine McCain's rise to power, you're working to his benefit by peppering this unprecedented thread with your party uber alles bullying of anyone who refuses to cast their vote for the treasonous bastard. Jim Robinson has laid down the gauntlet against McCain and this thread serves to rally the troops to bring him down. But you're here handing out the Kool-Aid while trying to douse our torches and blunt our pitchforks. It is not going to work.

But just as I said, you HAD to come back and attack me because I'm not doing what YOU THINK I SHOULD BE DOING, even though you don't know what I'm doing.

And I bet I'm not the only one who wonders why it's so important to you to denigrade people who aren't doing what YOU think we should be doing.

I think the size of the thread and overwhelming negative response to McCain serves to illustrate the negative feelings toward McCain are not going to be overcome by waving the specter of Hillary. Nor do conservatives believe in a liberal concept such as entitlements. The idea that the Republican party is entitled to the W.H., even if McCain is the nominee, is ridiculous...yet a few advance it. Predicated on a faulty argument that McCain is better than Hill. He is not.

I've seen only a couple that actually support him in this thread.

I've seen about a half dozen or so that advocate support of Republicans traditionally and expect everyone else to do so.

The vast majority have taken the time to register their support for Jim Robinson's position. That McCain will never have their support. Intimidation, lame threats and so forth will not make a dent here. When they finally are forced to accept this is the case, hopefully they'll join the rest of us in seeking someone for the W.H. that is not an egomanical control freak that slam our military and the GOP base in regular fashion.
