I've read articles about polygamous (Mormon) men.
They comment that with several wives at any particular time at least one of them is not mad at you.
So just hang out with her until the other(s) calm down. I guess Mormons never heard of synchronization.

Why do gay activists get mad about polygamy?Because it weakens their case that gay marriage is about love and that its about monogamy. The fact is that its really just a trojan horse for deligitimizing marriage as the institution from which children are raised.

Homosexuals are upset because the Polygamists are trying to ride their coat-tails to acceptance. Unfortunately for homosexuals, the issues are identical, and the coat-tails can be legitimately ridden.
Unlike what happened when the homosexuals rode the "civil rights, anti-discrimination" coat-tails of African-Americans. The issues had nothing to do with each other, but it worked.

The interviews I read implied that synchronization may happen, but that there's always at least one that's not mad at hubby.
If they say so, they're the experts.
Personally I wouldn't know.

dont tell me that we can make one radical change in the one-man, one-woman rule and not be open to the claim of others that their reformation be given equal respect.Krauthammer nails it.
To: Gordongekko909
Nope. Polyamory is next. Join a swinger club and get all the benefits of marriage!
To: BamaGirl
Why do gay activists get mad about polygamy? Because it demonstrates that Gay Marriage leads us down a slippery slope.
To: neverdem
Those poll numbers are great news! Thanks for pinging me.
To: neverdem
Every time it was pointed out that gay marriage would lead to the reentry of the polygamist for equal rights the gay activists and left wing kooks (i.e. Democrats) would pooh pooh that argument as just another "camel's nose under the tent" demagogue from the right.
It's always fun to be correct while they are, again, wrong.

Ah thanks. Just confused because I thought most the gay marriage types were really trying to tear down marriage anyway. I guess there are a few who are true believers...
