It may have been a "slip" or "accident" but you don't call black people "coons". Southern racist term. I heard it all the time growing up down here. Not good. Calling the guy who got fired a stupid honky for doing it is less offensive ;)

The term coon is IMO worse than the "N" word, as I have heard Caucasians referred to with the N word, and "coon" is strictly used on Negroes. Not good at all.

It obviously was an accident....he was speaking about Condi...CONdi. Say Condi a few times and then see how easy it is to mistakely add an N to "coup" within the same thought process.
