Ping! It seems that Air Koryo from North Korea is on the blacklist as well. I remember they flew to Berlin from Pyongyang via Moscow a few years back (a legacy route from the Germany division era and kept on after reunification). Of course safety wise...you can guess how reliable its planes are.
