I will bring this to the attention of Bill, he has been aware of a certain laxness, and this could be part of it.
Example the home invasions in Windemere, you may have heard, this is in the County, so the Sheriff had one invasion and then one or two nights later in the same area, another.
This type of crime should have been followed by TOTAL SATURATION PATROLS in the Area for at least a week.
There does not seem to be an direction to what is happening at OCS.
Will check the web site you mentioned.

I admit have always liked Kevin Beary, but now, I don't know what to think. I don't know if the entire blame should be placed on him or if it is growth. I am not in the law enforcement field at all, which could be why. I know he means well, but think he needs to retire.
I had no idea of TOTAL SATURATION patrols which makes so much sense.
What about Jennifer Kesse and the Texas/Americana intersection. THAT Place is a totally crime ridden area. Crimes continued RIGHT AFTER Jennifer's disappearance, even at least 2 murders and no one down there is "talking". Nobody cares about what happened to Jennifer and it is so frustrating to me to think it may be our law enforcement's fault. I know the case is being overseen by Orlando Police Department and 4 detectives are assigned to the case. I feel like they need to go down there and really shake things up in the area, but so many other people, especially volunteers who recently joint childwatch do not think it would be effective. They are AFRAID to offend anyone down there. What is going on that we are afraid to approach criminal elements to get answers. Let's face it right now, that that area has always for decades been a crime infested area, full of ILLEGALS personified, flop houses not a mile from the "strip" SOBT.
The Kesse family have NO CHOICE but to SUPPORT the police, media and volunteers because they are all they have at this point. They HAVE to surrender to them for help.

Funny that this post is from April and here just a couple of weeks ago the exact same thing happened. A guy and his wife were followed home from a restaraunt in Metro West and the perps pistol whipped them and robbed them. Another man was also severely beaten around the same time in Windemere just outside his house.
Windemere is probably a 10 square mile area and they likely have about 1 or 2 sheriffs patroling the area, if that. I'm just guessing though.
