WASHINGTON, March 17 A federal appeals court on Friday overturned a clean-air regulation issued by the Bush administration that would have let many power plants, refineries and factories avoid installing costly new pollution controls to help offset any increased emissions caused by repairs and replacements of equipment.

If the Republicans had any gonads, the Senators would introduce a bill supporting the President, and it passes, back to that stupid judge. That is why we have to take the judges out of politics.
Actually, this has nothing to do with taking judges out of politics. We simply need the republican-controlled house and senate to act like republicans and fix the law to make sense, so the regulation follows the law.
I thought this was ping worthy. The Envirowackos are going to bankrupt this economy.
Judges who rule that bureaucrats have to follow the law and not just make stuff up. I thought those were an extinct species.
How exactly do judges rule on executive regulations which are not laws?
