The plea I mentioned was the one in Hillsborugh. The plea rejected today is the one in Marion County. I don't know what the Marion plea involved.
It was the same....the judge disagreed and said she needs to go to trial....the DA in Marion Co. then dropped the charges against her. She'll serve the sentence from Hillsborugh Co. House arrest and probation.
She says that she's a Christian woman who is bi-polar. Media made way too much out of this. She says, as she gives a press conference.
So, attractive, Christian, bi-polar males will now be getting the same treatment when they have sex with 14 year old girls??
