Yes,but our LEGAL SYSTEM does not-or SHOULD not-distinguish between men and women when a crime is commited.
Should a woman get a lesser sentence for robbing a bank than a male robber?
Or maybe an Asian woman should get a lesser sentence for prostitution than a Latina one?

Mostly, his victimization is that he's going to spend the remainder of his high school career with a s**t-eating grin.

I read 215, and I couldn't help but think that our legal system, from the President on down, does give special privileges to some groups and not to others. Can you imagine what would happen to a white anglo-saxon male if he decided he would rather live in a mansion across town and just moved in, then went to that town's government and demanded health care, schooling for his children, and welfare checks to boot? Now take a similar situation, when some Mexican decides that moving across the border is preferential to living in their own self made rat hole of a country, they move in and demand services, but in this instance the boss won't prosecute the criminal.
What is up with that?
