"See the link at post #87."
Look. It is a AP writer. They will put their frigen spin on things, for those that know no better. To much has come out over the past few years, contrary to what this jerk eludes to. I get weary of reading piles of rubbish. I don't waste my time going to these places. Their all spin.
Just the documents that are being exposed of recent making references to Saddams inner circle worrying how they could continue to deceive the UN inspection teams as to the whereabouts of those 17 tons, meaning medium for brewing up anthrax spores in a controlled enviroment, tells me they where not coming clean. Both before the war, and afterward during those UN/US Army inspection team efforts. Lots of stuff shall be shown in the future to back up the idea they hid a lot of stuff to totally confuse the inspectors. So much for a year plus had been written on this one point, that IMHO, all Freepers who bothered following this stuff, should have a clear cut idea as to what went on. I'm no rocket scientist, and have had no problem understanding that Iraq had a lot of stuff hidden, programs dismantled in such a way that as soon as the sanctions where lifted, they would go back into business. So this crap they had no wmds is just crap to me. I know otherwise based on the hundreds of FR articles we have viewed in the past few years and other web sites. One cannot have it both ways. Either Saddam's goons cleaverly deceived many, or they where clean. And much of what I have read indicates they did not come clean, based on stuff found by our troops over a year or so period of time.
One more time. Why would our troops find syringes and vials of atropine laying on concrete floors in weapon storage bunkers along with gas masks? Bunkers being storage place for artillery shells. With some binary shells being amoung them.
