See, here's the line the lefties will use about that document--it doesn't prove anything. That was three weeks before we invaded, and at that point, it wasn't a case of if we'd cross the border, but when. So, obviously, poor put-upon Saddam was PERFECTLY authorized to go out and recruit nutburgers from all over the world to lay down in front of our tanks, right? (/sarcasm) Call it playing "Allah's advocate"...same thing as "Devil's advocate". :)

Thank you. And these are the same recruited Arabs terrorists who are committing all these atrocities against the Iraqi people in the last three years. But liberals and their media will say that "Saddam did not mean these terrorists to kill the Iraqi people, he was just a poor guy asking for suicide terror squads from all over the world to come to Iraq and fight the Americans", they can find an excuse for the devil as long as it is against President Bush, oh wait the devil is against Bush and Saddam was definitely a devilish material.
