It will virtually stop the virtual aliens. It's the real one that'll still flow across the real non protected border.
After they get this done, we need a two more virtual fences. One is needed up there from Deleware to the southwestern tip of PA to keep Yankees where they belong. The second, which may intersect the first at a few points, needs to be done around the beltway in DC to keep the feds from meddling in things they have no business doing. If the government were still bound by the chains of the Constitution, this would not be necessary. Oh the price of societal "reform"!
