Think I just heard Rita Crosby going to cover this story tonight.
It was on the cable news earlier this morning. I didn't pay real close attention but seems this has been an ongoing fued with the neighbor about tresspassing onto his property which was adjacent to the neighbors and had no common fence from the picture I saw. There had been problems in the past when the neighbor would mow a foot or so over the line into his property. According to the story he shot the trespasser with a 410 using a slug and then walked up to some 20/30 feet and shot him a 2nd time.
The story as I remember it and I may have some of it incorrect. If so hopefully someone will correct it.

deportOh, well it all makes sense then. The kid had been accidentally cutting the crass 10 inches or so across the property line between the houses messing up the perfectly shaped rectangle pattern in the grass and making the grass heights uneven by about a half an inch or so between mowing days.
