Checking in before the thread blows up *s*:

We're about halfway through Hostel's 6 month deployment. Kids are good. JJ has swim class twice a week now, much to his delight. Robbie reads at a second grade level. In his free time from work, Hostel is now DJing karaoke night at the local bar every Fri night. Having great fun with it, too. I'm keeping busy with the kiddos and selling Avon.

Pets? We have a 7 month old brick for a cat, Rocky (he tipped the scales at 10lbs last month. BEFORE he got fixed) Oh and we have a fish tank now (it was a 'Happy 9th Birthday JJ' present from Grandma and Grandpa Robinson. MY parents. Not Jim *s*) complete with 5 fish (3 zebra danios and 2 diamond tetras to be exact)

Hope everyone is doing well, I'm off to tuck a kiddo back into bed!
