Well, so far I had a towing job for my truck and didn't call Gieco for an approved towing operator, called a local guy instead.

Called Geico about it and they said, no problem just send us a copy of the towing bill and we'll send you out a check right away.

Week and a half later had the check for $85 in my hand.

All contact done through the Internet also BTW.

So far so good.
